The staff here were super friendly and had a great sense of humor. My room was new and pretty spacious, which was a plus. It had everything I needed, like a safe, a TV with lots of channels, and even a microwave 🌟.

The hotel is clean, with very amiable personal, and offers nice and perfect location really close to the centre of Madrid, a park, and food shops. The rooms are brand-new and spacious with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. Private bathroom is excellent. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Excellent pre-check-in communication, straightforward access to building and room, conveniently located near metro stations, fantastic cafe nearby. The stylish and spotlessly clean room was fully equipped and the entire building was impeccably maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and the metro was just a short walk away. The area was peaceful with supermarkets, great bars, and restaurants close by. The apartment had a fantastic design with a cozy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable rooms. The climate control and lighting were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful. it was a mind-blowing experience!

I had the pleasure of staying in a ground floor studio. The windows were so transparent that I could say hello to everyone passing by. And let's not forget the daily cleaning service. oh wait, there wasn't one.

We had a wonderful stay at Studios Cielo. the building and interiors were very clean and beautifully designed. the secure entrance gave us peace of mind. the staff was incredibly helpful, providing secure luggage storage for just 1 euro when we arrived before check-in time. We also enjoyed the convenience of the nice coffee machine with complimentary capsules for the duration of our stay. the location was great, close to a vibrant main street with cafes, shops, and just a block away from a subway station. everything exceeded our expectations, and we were impressed with the attention to detail and helpfulness of the staff. Cons: Everything was great! 👍.
